You will need to talk with King Narnode Shareen. He's on the first floor of the grand tree north of the stronghold. (Red circle on the map below)
Hazelmere:
The king will tell you that the grand tree is dying. You need to take some bark sample to Hazelmere. You will also get a translation book because he will not speak your language.
Hazelmere is on a small island near Yanile. (watch out for the jungle spiders)
If you get in the house go upstairs and talk to him. He will take the bark sample from you and will say something in a strange language. Use the translation book and you will get the following message.
A man came to me with the King seal
I gave the man Daconia Rocks
And Daconia rocks will kill trees!
Go back to the king and talk to him. You need to select the correct answers to continue. Remember that you will need to click on ''none of these above'' for 3 times!
Glough the traitor:
The king will freak out and he will ask you to go to Glough. Find him south east of the grand tree. (Red circle on the map below)
Go up the ladder and talk to him. He will tell you that he's going to handle it.
Go back to the king and he will tell you that they already got a suspect. He is on the top of the grand tree. Go talk to Charlie (the prisoner) and he will tell you to go look in Glough's house.
Go back to Glough's house and search the cupboard for a journal. Talk to Glough and he will put you in prison next to Charlie.
Charlie will tell you about ships being made on Karamja and will also give you a password for later on. After talking to Charlie, the king will appear and will put you out of prison.
Go to the glider and fly to Karamja. You will crash, surrounded by Jogres and jungle spiders. (Red for crashed glider blue for shipyard worker)
Go to the shipyard worker and give him the password

Go to the southeast and go on the south dock. Go to the eastern part of the dock and talk to the Foreman. He will give you 3 questions.

A=Answer
Q: How is Glough's wife?
A: She is no longer with us
Q: What's Glough's favorite food?
A: He loves worm holes.
Q: What is his new girlfriend called?
A: Anita
If you answer them wrong you will need to kill him.
He will give you (or drop) a note.
Now you need to go back to the Stronghold but the guards wont let you in. You can now do 2 things.
1. Find a gnome in front of the main gate that's called Femi and ask if you can hide in the cart.
2. If you completed the tree gnome village quest you can use the spirit tree's to get inside.
Now that you're inside go to the king and talk to him. He will ask you to leave but instead go to Charlie again in the prison upstairs the grand tree. He will tell you that Glough got a chest in his house.
To get the key you'll need to talk to Anita (the girlfriend of Glough). She lives in a house west of the swamp. Use the map below if you cant find it. (Red dot for Anita)
After Anita gives you the key go back to Glough and open the chest. After that go back to the king and he will give you some twigs that was found in Glough's house.
Glough's little pet:
Before attempting this part make sure you got lots of food, weapon and armor.
Go take the 4 twigs to Glough's house (climb up the tree) and put them on the pillars in this order
T U Z O (so T is put far most left and O is put far most right)
Open the trap door and Glough will start taking with you. After that a lvl 172 demon will appear. Stay calm and kill the demon with:
Mage/range: use the rocks so the demon won't hit you at all.
Fighting: If you have protect from melee this fight is very easy. If you don't make sure you eat enough and maybe use a super defense /attack /strength potion.
You must kill the demon or you can't go further.
When you killed it go further through the caves until you see the king again. Talk with him and search the roots in the cave for the Deconia rock. When you found it talk with the king.
Quest complete!
