| Start: Lumbridge Castle, Second Floor, and Speak to Sigmund. |

Skills: 17 Mining, 13 Agility and 13 Thieving. |
1. Get the pickaxe, tinderbox and lantern or candle and speak to Sigmund on the second floor in the Lumbridge castle.
2. Then talk to Duke Horacio which is near Sigmund. He will then tell you about the problems in the cellar, under the cook's kitchen.
3. After that you must talk to the following (All are in Lumbridge) Hans outside the castle, Bob in the axe shop, Father Aereck in the church or The Cook in the castle kitchen. It is random whom you will have to talk to, but it is one of those. Whoever you had to talk to you will tell you that they saw a goblin in the cellar.
4. Go back to Duke Horacio and he will tell you to investigate further.
5. Pickpocket Sigmund.
6. Go down the cellar by going down the trapdoor in the kitchen.
7. Then, you must use your pickaxe on the rubble in the Far East of the room and go through it. Once you are inside go further on until the road splits in two and take the brooch that spawns there.
8. Show Duke Horacio the brooch.
9. Go and talk to Reldo in the Varrock Library as he instructs you to. Reldo will tell you, in a bookcase, there is a book on goblins. It is on the West Side of the wall, search the bookcases. Read it.
10. As you see in the book you need to go to the leader of the Goblins. Go to The Goblin Village, when you are there talk to General Wartface and Bentnose and get them to show you the two emotes, The Goblin Dance and The Goblin Bow.
11. Go back to Lumbridge castle cellar, but this time you have got to go all the way to the goblins, if you go the wrong way you will go into the Lumbridge Slayer Caves. If you find the right way then you will find a creature named 'Mistag'.
12. Talk to him and use your Goblin Bow emotion. He will tell you it was all an accident and he would like you to tell that to ' The Ruler of the Above-People'.Talk to Mistag again and ask him to take you to the place you found the Brooch.
13.Go back to Duke Harico and he will ask you if you could find Lumbridge Castle's Silverware.
14. Use the Key you stole from Sigmund earlier with a chest to get some H.A.M. Robes and you will find out Sigmund is in The H.A.M., then you must talk to Duke Harico.
15. Go to The H.A.M. Headquarters,picklock the trapdoor, search the first crate for the silverware and go back to Duke Harico who will expel Sigmund. Duke Harico then gives you a peace treaty. Go to where the brooch was and speak to the Goblin there and he will take you there.
16.Talk to Mistag to complete the quest.
