Tears of guthix is a safe mini game where you can get experience towards your lowest skill. You can only do this once a week but you need at least 100000 exp in skills or 1 quest point before you can do this mini game again.
The game:
Talk to Juna and tell her the usual story. Juna will give you a bowl and lets you inside the Tears of guthix cave.
You’re goal is to get tears from the streams on the walls
Click on the blue stream and you get +1 water
Click on the green stream and you get -1 water (so this is what you don’t want)
You got 90 seconds in total to do this.
Note that the stream will change from place time to time so don’t click like a madman but just concentrate and get as much as possible.
When the 90 seconds are over you drink the water and get experience in you’re lowest skill.
The experience gained depends from you’re experience in you’re skill

I'm not posting the exact formula, but if you've got zero xp in Hunter, and it decides to give you Hunter xp, you'd get 10 xp per tear. It's considerably less generous than it would be if you'd got a decent level already.
Same for any other skill in which you've got 0 xp.
So basically you get less experience if you have 0 experience of you’re chosen lvl. But this number is sliding.
So the best thing to do is train you’re lowest skill to lvl 30 and then do tears of guthix. Then you get 60 experience for every tear you got (that’s 6000 experience for 100 tears)
