First you need to go to Piscatoris Fishing Colony. You can either walk and take the boat at Kathy to save some time, use fairy ring code: 'AKQ' to teleport or teleport using a Spirit Kyatt. Kathy is located just east of Eagles Peak at the water, before starting the quest it costs 50 gp to take the boat (during and after the quest it's free).

Start the quest by talking to Herman Caranos just south of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. He'll tell you to go to the Wise Old Man in Draynor.

Go to Draynor and talk to the Wise Old Man (glory amulet teleport). He'll ask for 5 blood runes, 10 lava runes and 10 mist runes. Give him the items and he'll teleport to the colony.

Warning: You will need to kill 8 Sea Trolls level 79, make sure you're ready.
Go back to the colony (the place where Herman was standing) and talk to the Wise Old Man. When you're ready for battle go into the tunnel.

You'll see a cutscene and you'll have to fight 8 Sea Trolls level 79. The Wise Old Man will help you and will hit about 30, but he will run out of runes quickly. Once you've killed the trolls enter the city.

The Wise Old Man will leave and then talk to Franklin Caranos, he'll tell you where Herman is.

Go to the house to the northeast and talk to Herman Caranos. He'll tell you Franklin needs your help.
Return to Franklin (at the gate) and talk to him.

Go to the house to the north, use your logs with the firebox and your tinderbox with the firebox to make it hot enough to press iron. Finally use your iron bars with the metal press to make iron sheets.

Move to the west of the colony and use your iron sheets with the broken walls to repair them. Once you repaired all 5 broken walls return to Franklin.

After talking to Franklin go to Arnold Lydspor in the bank/general store the northwest. Talk to Arnold, he'll tell you to fish 5 fresh monkfish.

Note: Fishing during the quest will take long and you will be attacked by a level 65, 87 and 101 Sea Troll during the fishing.

Go to the northwest and fish at the fishing spot. Once you caught 5-6 monkfish, go to the range in the house in the southwest corner and cook the fish. Continue fishing and cooking until you have 5 fresh monkfish cooked.

Return to Arnold and talk to him. Then go back to Herman and talk to him. Now go to Yanille, with Watchtower teleport or Fairy Ring teleport (CIQ 203 or CLS 211).

Enter the Wizards'Guild and go down into the basement. Talk to Wizard Frumscone to ask for his help. He'll not help you but he'll tell you to go to Malignius Mortifier.

Go to Malignius Mortifier located south of falador, talk to him. He'll ask for 7 bones, give them to him.

You'll now have to go to the Crafting Guild (make sure you wear your brown apron) and talk to the Master Crafter in the northeast of the guild.

Return to Malignius and give him the pot and the pot lid. He'll give you the bones seeds and teleport you to the colony.
Warning: Make sure you have enough food and player potions with you.
Enter the colony and talk to Herman. When you're ready to fight, then tell you're ready.
After a cutscene you'll have to fight a level 170 Queen. She'll attack you with both melee and magic, she'll also drain your prayer. You can either put the best melee armor on and use protect from magic or wear the best magic defense armor you can wear (dragonhide armor) and use protect from melee.
To finish the quest talk to Herman Caranos.
