Rag and Bone Man

Start:
Talk to the Odd Old man. North East of Varrock at the quarry

Required:

Items:
8 Coins, 8 Logs, 8 Pots, a light source, Tinderbox, Spiny helmet and a rope. Its recommended to take Teleportation Runes and/or Glory Amulet. If you got low combat (20-30) take some food with you.

Skills:
Combat lvl around 20-30 is recommended.

Talk to the Odd Old man. North East of Varrock at the quarry. He will ask you to collect bones and how to prepare them.

The Odd Old man needs the prepared bones from the following monsters:

Bear Ribs

You need to kill a Black Bear (lvl 19) for his Ribs. Black Bears can be found in various locations. There is one North of the Varrock mine East of Varrock (Also kill the Giant rat and the Unicorn near this Bear for their bones to skip a part of this guide). You can also find one North of Falandor, North East of Castle Wars and Near the Mind Altar.

Big Frog Legs

You need to kill a Big frog (lvl 24) for his Legs. Don’t confuse Big frogs with Giant Frogs (lvl 99). You can find Big Frogs in the Lumbridge Swamp Dungeon. Make sure you got a light source with no open flame (so don’t take a candle but a lantern). If you take a Candle, gas explosions will occur (dealing 15+ damage). Just go to the room South West of the Entrance. You can find one there.

Goblin Skull

Just kill a Goblin (lvl 2) in Lumbridge for his Skull.

Giant Rat

Kill a Giant rat (lvl 3, 6) for his bones. You can find one in Varrock Dungeon or South of the Varrock East mine.

Giant Bat

You need to kill a Giant bat (lvl 27) for his Wings. There is one South West of Catherby (At the front door of Keep La Faye). There is also one at the Coal Trucks.

Unicorn

Kill a Unicorn For his bone. You can find one North of the Varrock East mine or North of Barbarian Village.

Ram

Kill a Ram (lvl 2) for his Skull. You can find one in almost every Sheep pen. There is one In Lumbridge Sheep pen (North of the General store)

Monkey

Kill a Monkey (lvl 2) for his Paw. You can find one on Karamja or in the Ardougne Zoo (You need to range and then telekinetic grab to grab the Paw)

When you got all the bones go to fortunate in Draynor village. He sells 'Vinegar', buy 8 of them.

Now use a 'jug of vinegar' with a pot. Do this 8 times and then add a bone to each pot of vinegar. You will get 'Bone in Vinegar'

Now go to the Odd Old Man. Add a log to the Pot-Boiler next to him then add the

'Bone in Vinegar and then light it with a Tinderbox . Do this For every bone and then Talk to the Odd Old man again.

Quest complete!

After you Completed this part there is a second part.

500 Cooking and 500 Prayer exp

Quests: Creature of Fenkenstrain, The Grand Tree, Priest in Peril, The Lost Tribe, Zogre Flesh Eaters and Regicide (or Fremmenik Trials)	Skills: 40 slayer
Monsters: Must be able to kill monsters up to lvl 88

There is a wish list behind the Odd Old man.

Wolf - White Wolf mountain.
Rat – Near the Varrock East mine.
Bat – Near the Odd Old Man.
Baby Blue Dragon – Taverly dungeon.
Ogre - West of Yanille.
Jogre – Karamja (West part of the Island Near the gnome glider).
Zogre - Jiggig, West from Gu'tanoth. Kill it with Brutal Arrows.
Mogre - Mudskipper point, south of Port Sarim. Use fishing explosives on the fishing spot in the water.
Dagannoth - Lighthouse Dungeon.
Snake – Karamja.
Zombie - Varrock sewers.
Werewolf – Canifis. Attack a man/woman without a Wolfbane dagger and it will turn into a Werewolf.
Moss Giant - Varrock sewers.
Fire Giant - In the Smoke Dungeon or Waterfall dungeon.
Ice Giant - White Wolf Mountain. Ice Caves south of Port Sarim.
Terrorbird - Gnome Stronghold.
Ghoul - Southwest of Canifis (near the Temple Entrance).
Troll - Death Plateau, Trollheim.
Seagull - Port Sarim docks.
Undead Cow - East of Canifis.
Experiment - Fenkenstrain Dungeon.
Rabbit – Forest in Miscellania.
Basilisk - Slayer Dungeon.
Massive Desert Lizard - Southwest of the Ruins of Uzer in the Desert.
Cave Goblin - Lumbridge Caves.
Vulture - West of the Agility Pyramid in the dessert.
Jackal - South of Pollnivneach in the dessert.

Now you should do the same as in the first part of the quest.

Buy 27 Vinegar from Fortunate in draynor.

Now use a 'jug of vinegar' with a pot. Do this 27 times and then add a bone to each pot of vinegar. You will get 'Bone in Vinegar'

Now go back to the Odd Old Man. Add a log to the Pot-Boiler next to him then add the 'Bone in Vinegar' and then light it with a Tinderbox . Do this for every bone and then talk to the Odd Old man again.

Reward:
5000 prayer exp and a Bone sack or a Ram skull Helmet
