The party hat is well known as an icon of richness. All party hats are atleast worth more then 100 mil. The party hat was introduced during Chrismas 2001; Christmas Crackers where dropped all around runescape to be picked up by lucky players. You can pull christmas cracker to get a party hat and other miscellaneous items. Party hats come in six colors: purple, yellow, red, white, green and blue party hat.

The most expensive of them all is the blue party hat currently it's worth over 500 mil and still getting higher.
