| Other: For members of pheonix gang, you need a partner who is from Black Arm gang and vice versa. |
She will tell you to collect 3 items, a master thief armband, a feather from the Entrana firebird and lava eel. The first item this guide will tell you to take is the feather, followed by the eels and then the Master Armband.
Feather of Entrana FireBird
1. You are now going to White Wolf mountain, so bring food, your best armour(or prayer robes if you have high prayer levels.) and your best weapon(preferably Dragon) and also a pickaxe.
2. Once you are on the mountain, go north until you see a rock slide, take out your pickaxe and mine it away. There are lvl 57 ice giants, lvl 49 ice warriors and lvl 67 ice spiders there so be careful!!
3. Once you enter, you'll be near the green ladder. Follow the Southwest passage and climb up the blue ladder. Next, climb down the Eastern ladder and then follow the passage north, to east and then south to the red ladder. Climb up and then climb down the next ladder. To the north of the new area you will find the level 111 Ice Queen.
4. The area is multi-combat, so the Ice Giants will be able to attack you. To escape from them just go behind the throne and they will not be able to attack you. Now, attack the queen and kill her to get the ice gloves. Wear them, and go to Entrana to kill a fire bird and get the feather.

Lava Eel
1. To get the Lava Eel, you will need to have a oily fishing rod and to get this you just need a ordinary rod. To get that, go to Gerrant in Port Sarim(inside the fishing shop) and talk to him and he will then give you a bottle of Blamish Snail Slime. After getting the Slime, buy a normal rod.
2. Now you'll need to get a water-filled vial, Harralander and some bait. Mix the Harralander into the water, and then mix in the Blamish Snail Slime. Use the mixture with the rod you bought earlier and you will have an Oily Rod. Now head over to Taverly Dungeon with the rod and bait.
3. Go along the route of all the creatures until you get to a lvl 47 Jailer, kill him and take his jail key. Use the jail key with the jail door to the south and talk with Velrak the Explorer. After talking to him, he will give you the Dusty key. Head over to the North door and use the Dusty key unlock it (You need bring anti-drag pots,antifire shield, good armour and food as there are Dragons there.)
4. You can now start to fish for all the Lava Eels like normal fish.(I recommend to get around 10 lava eels incase you eat them or burn them when you need two.)

Master Thieves Armband
For Pheonix Gang Members.
1.Go to varrok and talk to Straven, he will suggest for you to steal some candlesticks from Scarface Pete. Get the key from your friend in the blk arm gang [(miscellaneous key)Get your Bow and Arrows]. Go to Karamja.
2. The pheonix gang has contacts on karamja , they are Charlie the Cook and Alfonse the Waiter in the pub,'Shrimp and Parrot'. Straven also gives you a secret password; 'Gherkin.', to tell them. Talk to both of them and you will find out that the wall is actually a very secret hidden door.
3. Use the Misc. key on the northdoor and then shoot through the holes at Grip with your bow to kill him. He will drop the keys for your Black Arm gang friend to take. Trade with him to get one candlestick. Now, go back to Varrock and talk to Straven and he will then give you the Master Thieves Armband.

For Black Arm Gang members.
1. Go to Varrock Black Arm Gang HQ and speak to Katrine about the Master Thieves Armband. She will tell you that the gang password is 'four leaf clover.' She will tell you that you have to steal ScarFace Pete's Candlesticks before she will give you the Armband.
2. Go to Palm street in Brimhaven and talk to a man in the black arm office and get the ID papers from him(You will only get it if you wear your Black helm, Black Plate and Black Platelegs.
3. When you try to enter ScarFace Pete's Mansion you will be stopped by a guard. You must show him the ID paper and then he will let you in, go talk to Grip and he will give you a key into the room. Give this key to your friend in the pheonix gang and then ask him to shoot Grip.
4. After seeing Grip die, go into the treasure room and get the two candlesticks and give one to your friend in the pheonix gang. Go back to Katrine and she will give you a master armband.
Congratulations, You have now completed Heroes Quest
