Start the quest by talking to Commander Veldaban (west side of Keldagrim city - go to the cave north east of Rellekka, enter it and enter the next cave immediately and talk to the boatman to reach Keldagrim). You'll see a small cutscene after accepting the quest.
After the cutscene you'll end up at the Drunken Dwarf's house. Talk to the Drunken Dwarf and ask about the Red Axe. He'll ask for a beer, so go south to the pub and buy a beer (2gp). Return to the Drunken Dwarf, it'll turn out to be the wrong beer. He'll ask for the original Kelda Stout, he'll give you one Kelda Seed and you'll need to collect the other three.
Four Kelda Seeds
Go back to the Pub you'll see a dwarf walking circles around it named Rowdy Dwarf, talk to him and ask for the seed. You'll need to get a random item for him (You might be able to buy it in a shop or get it from your bank in Keldagrim).
If you got out of the city continue reading before returning the item, otherwise give Rowdy the item. Go to the White Wolf Mountain with the mining cart (100 gp).
Talk to Khorvak, a dwarven engineer and ask to borrow the seed. Now return with the mining cart. (Go to Rowdy Dwarf and give him the item to get another seed if you haven't done that yet.)
Now go to the west of the city, go to the pub south of the bank. Get a beer and talk to Gauss. You'll toast with him and get a seed.
Grow the plant
Go to the west side of Keldagrim and go to the farming patch. Talk to Rind the gardener and ask for some advice on how to grow Kelda seeds. Just clear the patch with your rake, plant the seeds and wait for about 20 min for the hops to grow. Harvest the Kelda Hops when they're ready.
Make the beer
Now move to the east side of Keldagrim, visit the pub and go upstairs. Pick the pot and talk to the Dwarf and ask for some spare ale yeast (25 gp).
Use your buckets of water with the Fermenting Vat. Use the Barly Malt with Fermenting Vat, then add the Kelda Hops finally add the Ale Yeast.
Now you should wait for the ale to get mature (wait about 5 minutes - you can turn the valve when it's ready - if it's not ready yet you can't turn it). Then turn the Valve and use your empty beer glass with the barrel.
You've made Kelda Stout!
Now return to the Drunken Dwarf and give him the beer. He'll tell you about a tunnel.
Head south to the most southern tunnel (which is closed up). Talk to the cart conductor and ask to get through the closed tunnel. Go to the consortium building (central building) and talk to the company director you've joined in the Giant Dwarf quest.
Go back to the cart conductor and ride the cart into the tunnel.
The Tunnel
You'll see a cutscene and end up on a cliff. There is a box search the box to get a green and yellow square stone. Click on the controls and press the sqaurs where you want to place the sqaure stones. Place the sqaure stones like the image below:
Ride the cart, you'll reach a new box, search the box and climb back into the cart.
You'll then return to the startpoint. Place the sqaure stones like the image below:
Ride the cart, at the end you'll reach an other box, search it and return to the start. Place the square stones like the image below:
Ride the cart, you'll see a cutscene (you can still crawl) the Red Axe company is making an evil plan against the rest of the consortium. Crawl to the other side of the cave and enter the cave entrance.
You'll end up on an other cliff. Search the box and place the square stones like the image below:
Ride the cart, search the box and return to the start. Place the square stones like the image below:

Ride the cart, you'll end up in a room with bookcases and crates. Search the center crate for a letter and read it. Search the bookcases for a book on the Red Axe and read it. Search the east crate and you'll find out about what happend to the Drunken Dwarf.
Go deeper into the mines by entering the next cave entrance. You'll find yourself at another puzzle. This time without markings. Place the square stones like the image below:
Ride the cart, search the box and return to the start. Place the square stones like the image below:

Ride the cart, you'll see a cutscene, how the Chaos Dwarves are created and how the Ogre Shaman will see you and cast a spell on you.
You should now return to Commander Veldaban. Go to the Kabab seller just west of the Drunken Dwarf's house, buy a Kebab. Continue to the pub on the east side of the city (Laughing Miner).
Buy a beer, eat your Beer and Kebab. Keep trying if it doesn't work. You'll see a cutscene where you're drunken.
