Start:
Talk to Elena in her house in North-West part of east Ardougne.

Required:

Priest robe (can be bought during the quest)

After talking to Elena, go to Jerico. He is located south of the West Bank in Ardougne. He will help you with getting over the wall. After talking to him you need to go to Omart. He'll tell you that you need to distract the guard but he does not know how to that. So go back to Jerico and he will say the same.

Search the cupboard at Jerico's house and go to the back and get a pigeon cage. Now it time to distract the guards.

Use the pigeon feed on the watchtower and open the pigeon cage and go to Omart and get over the wall. Now go north and if you are at the big mourner house go northwest and get a rotten apple and go over the fence. Use the rotten apple on the cauldron. And try to open the door. They will say they're all sick and in need of a doctor.

Now go south east from here, there is a doctor called Nurse Sarah. Search the cupboard and get a doctor's gown. Get back to the mourner's house and try to get in again. Now get upstairs and kill the mourner and use the key on the gate. Search all boxes to get a distillator.

Now get back over the wall and talk to Elena to get some pots to bring to chemist in Rimmington (house west of the shop). Store the pots on your bank and teleport to Falador or just walk. If you teleport or fight they will break. Now if you’re talking with the chemist don't talk about the plague give (give in this order:) Chancy the liquid honey, Hops the sulphuric broline and Devinci the ethanea.

Note: lost them get new ones at Elena.

Go to Varrock (still don't teleport) Go to the Dancing Donkey Inn in southeast Varrock and get your samples back from the three men there. Put on your priest robes and head into the building where Guidor is. Talk with him, and he'll tell you that there is no plague. Go back and give Elena the good news, and then head over to the King for your reward.

Reward:
Thieving exp. and permission to the kings training ground.
