Talk to Ava in Draynor Manor to start the quest (located west behind the bookcases) (map). Tell her that you'll be happy to make her home a better place. She'll ask for undead chickens.
Alice's farm
Now you need to go to Alice's farm (located just west of Ectofuntus - Port Phasmatys) (map). Go into the house and talk to Alice about the quest. She'll tell you that you need to go to her husband who is located just west.
Talk to Alice's husband. He'll tell you that the animals are undead because of a fountain to the east. He'll ask you to talk to his wife about buying the chickens.
Go to Alice and talk to her. She doesn't know what her husband did with their money so she asks you to ask him. Go to Alice's husband and talk to him. He won't give you the information, go back to Alice and talk to her. She can't access their bank account so she asks you to get the password from her husband.Go to Alice's husband and talk to him. He won't give the bank pass, go back to Alice and talk to her.
Now go to the Old Crone's house (located east of the Slayer Tower) (map) and talk to the Old Crone (about the farmers in the east). She'll ask you for a ghostspeak amulet. Talk to her again to get a crone-made amulet.
Now go back to Alice's Husband, talk to him and give him the amulet. Talk to him again and you'll see a cutscene, he'll catch a chicken for you. After he caught a chicken talk to him again and buy two for 20 ecto-tokens.
Magnet
Go to Ava in Draynor Manor and give him the chickens. Go to the Witch just north-east (still in the Manor) (map). She'll ask for 5 iron bars, give them.
Go to Rimmington mine (map) and face north and use your hammer with the selected iron to create a bar magnet (you'll also gain 50 crafting exp). Now go back to the Ava and talk to her.
Wood Source
Now you need to cut a living tree from the Manor garden. Go out of the Manor and to the front door (you can go out around the back). There will be an undead tree, chop it. Your axe will bounce back, go back to Ava.
Ava will tell you to go to Turael who is located in Burthorpe (located east - slayer master) (map), talk to him. He'll give his blessed axe if you give him a mithril axe and a holy symbol. Give him a mithril axe and a holy symbol to get a blessed axe.
The Bag
Go back to Draynor Manor and cut the undead tree to get some undead twigs. Go to Ava and talk to her, talk to her again to get research notes. Read the notes and turn the 2nd, 5th and 9th (last) on, and talk to Ava again.
Now you'll need buttons (you can get them by pickpocketing H.A.M. members) and hard leather. Now use the pattern with the polished buttons to make a container. Talk to Ava to finish the quest.
