Talk to King Roald in Varrock Palace to start the quest. Once you've accepted the quest, he'll tell you to go to Blaze Sharpeye for further instruction.
Go to Blaze Sharpeye, he's located at the beacon southwest of the temple from the Priest in Peril quest. Talk to Blaze Sharpeye, he'll tell you to light the beacon. You can use any level of logs (from normal logs to magic logs) to light the beacon. To light the beacon, first click 'add-logs' on the unlit beacon and then click 'light' to light the beacon. Talk to Blaze Sharpeye again.
Now get 25 logs (saves time later) and go to Squire Fyre, who is located northwest of Blaze Sharpeye. Talk to her, she'll tell you that she can see the beacon. Now light this beacon the same way as you did with the other one.
Once the second beacon is lit, go back to Blaze Sharpeye and talk to him. He'll tell you the fire of his beacon is beginning to die out. You'll have to add 5 logs to the fire to return it to the blazing state. So add 5 logs to the fire by clicking 'add-logs'.
Talk to Blaze Sharpeye, then go back to King Roald and talk to him finish the quest.
