Go to the Barbarian Outpost (agility arena) and try to enter, you'll be stopped by the guards and told to prove yourself of being a barbarian. You'll have to complete the 'The Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl'. You'll get a Barcrawl card, you will have to visit 10 bars and drink their special beer.
Warning: Some beers lower your stats and some will hit your hitpoints.
At each pub you'll have to tell the bartender you're doing the Barcrawl, buy the beer and ask the bartender to sign your card. Once your card is full return to the Barbarian Outpost and give the card to the guards.
Below is a fast way to complete the barcrawl for both teleporting and walking.
